Full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, but your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with the original packaging included.
Footwear must be returned with the original branded boxes placed inside a protective outer box for safe shipping.

You can return an item for the duration of seven working days after receiving the parcel. Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method in 14 working days, except holiday season, during which return processing may take more time than expected. Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling expenses and they are non-refundable.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns in a used/damaged condition and without boxes that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Also, note that Sale items are non-returnable/refundable only exchangeable.

All return conditions apply to exchanges as well. You can exchange the purchased item for a different size or color. All exchanges are based on stock availability. When we receive your return we will send the replacement to you. Please note, you can exchange only once per item. Note that you are responsible for shipping and handling expenses.

If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
